Thanks Kamillah, I do need to lockdown a podcast platform like this quickly, as I'm a full time content creator and entertainer. Um... I see that you did show how editing can be done quickly here. Which is awesome. However I must ask, as my initial search was for "Podcast Platforms" when I came across your video in the search results. Or maybe it was for Riverside, I can't be sure now. Does Riverside also do a good job of recording and editing video podcasts let's say we want to have guests on our talkshow from their own homes (and ours), and assuming we both have good webcams and microphones? Great story, and I am happy to see you are satisfied. Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

Also keep in mind that shorts pay a lot less, usually 1 cent at the lowest and I used to make around 14 cents per 1000 views on shorts but now I generally get 19 or 22 cents per thousand. I got around $140 for a million on shorts. The fluctuations are real. I was getting 10s of thousands of views every day only for it to plummet to only around 200 views. Now I get a few thousand a day and I don’t think I’ll be getting paid next month…

Yay Kamillah! I love these kinds of monthly recap videos. I did a yearly recap sharing my 2023 favorites, but I really like the idea of doing monthly catch ups, especially since some things are so season-specific. 😊 Also, old lady hobbies are the best 🥹 Last year I tried knitting and crocheting. Now I’m thinking about sewing because how cool would it be to make your own clothes? And yes, sharing your experiences in these favourites videos is definitely a yes. So fun to look back on that later on. Loving your videos lately! :)
